Formed in 2020 by Isaiah 'Red' Rashad, II a Master of Divinity from Crown College; after the unexpected passing of his father of the same name, Rashad P.L.L.C. is an Advisory and Education Professional Limited Liability Company which serves individuals, families and students worldwide.

Specialized in Conflict Resolution and Systems Analysis utilizing a direct approach to problem solving. Working with individuals & families in-person & virtually in private practice & private group practice as a P-Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Isaiah is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, and student of Mediation and Arbitration at the University of Vermont.
